Factual listing service
Secondaries Hub provides tools to prepare and publish structured opportunity notices for institutional secondary-market participants.
No investment service
The platform does not provide investment advice, recommendations, brokerage, matching, negotiation, execution, custody, settlement, or transaction coordination.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, their authority to publish it, and their own legal, tax, regulatory, and diligence obligations.
Off-platform process
Pricing, offers, transaction documents, diligence, negotiations, approvals, and transfer execution must happen outside Secondaries Hub.
