Secondaries Hub provides a professional bulletin board for factual secondary-market notices. The current seller experience supports private draft preparation, account verification and management of seller-provided listings. Buyer discovery and submissions are not part of this candidate.
The platform does not provide investment advice or personalised recommendations. It does not receive, transmit or execute orders, negotiate transfers, validate economic value or certify an opportunity. A professional-access review is not an endorsement of an investment.
Professional eligibility
Private drafting can begin before registration. Registration requires a professional declaration and acceptance of the existing terms and privacy summary. Email confirmation establishes control of an email address; it does not establish professional status.
Publication requires current independent professional verification. A work email, self-declaration or administrator account alone does not satisfy that requirement. Advisors also need authority for the client whose position they publish. Changes to identity or representation may require renewed review.
Factual notices and user responsibilities
Sellers determine their notice content and are responsible for its accuracy and their authority to provide it. They must consider confidentiality, transfer restrictions and their own legal, tax and diligence obligations before supplying information.
The service must not be used for misleading or unlawful notices. Formal completeness and access checks do not assess investment quality, value or suitability. The launch moderation procedure, reporting process and contractual enforcement terms still require approval.
Keep transactions outside the platform
Do not submit offers, bids, orders, transaction instructions or negotiation messages. There is no buyer–seller messaging, document exchange, data room or transaction coordination in this seller experience. Transaction discussions, diligence and execution take place independently outside the platform.
Legal and support contact is for account access, technical problems, privacy and accessibility. It is not a participant contact channel or investment service.
Contract provisions awaiting approval
The supplied T&Cs propose confidentiality, intellectual-property, liability, indemnity, suspension, France/Paris law and jurisdiction, and amendment clauses. These proposals are not adopted by this draft. The operator and counsel must confirm their wording and applicability, the service scope, and any notice or acceptance requirements before a binding release.
No legal effective date or contract version has been assigned. Existing acceptance records store a timestamp, not a document version. Version recording and any required customer notice or renewed acceptance are separate release gates.
