Secondaries Hub is the product name. A verified legal entity name, legal form, registration number, registered office, share capital where applicable, VAT details where applicable and publication director have not been supplied in verified release metadata.
The July 2026 regulatory memorandum described an entity still to be constituted. This draft does not establish its current incorporation status. The operator must provide current registration evidence and approve the required legal notice before launch.
Hosting
The current seller candidate is hosted through Vercel and uses PostgreSQL on Neon. The required hosting-provider legal identity, address and contact details must be confirmed for the actual service contract. A technical provider name alone is not a completed statutory hosting notice.
Contact information pending
A monitored legal/support destination and its ownership must be verified before the form can deliver real messages. An address hardcoded in an older support action is not treated as verified launch contact evidence.
The Legal center shows current support availability. There is no promised response time or investment/transaction support service.
Publication status
The draft set has no effective date or approved contract version. Existing Terms of Use and Privacy Policy remain the current signup entry points; this does not certify those summaries as launch-ready.
